Cynthia K. Stephenson, a partner with Posz Law Group, is experienced in providing patent, trademark, and copyright protection and licensing in the digital and electronic fields. She has extensive experience meeting with inventors and engineers to write patent specifications; and file & prosecute new patent applications (including PCT). Her trademark experience includes clearance of trademarks, filing and prosecuting trademark applications in the U.S. and internationally.

Mrs. Stephenson previously was a partner at Piper Marbury Rudnick & Wolfe, a junior partner at Hale and Dorr, and an associate at Foley & Lardner. Prior to beginning her legal practice, Mrs. Stephenson spent seven years as a computer programmer at NCR Corporation, a small company, and a national laboratory.

Mrs. Stephenson's technical specialties include digital technologies, software, semiconductor, electronic arts, and telecommunications technologies.
