Ms.バーンデル、Posz特許事務所のパートナー、は、特許、商標、著作権の実務を経験しております。特許業績としては、鑑定作成のための新しい判決調査、顧客との業務相談、講演などがあります。商標、著作権については、顧客相談、商標出願及び中間処理（電子出願を含む）、更に、法的鑑定、審判、異議申立、Cancellationsと和解交渉などです。更に、マドリッドプロトコル、商品形態保護、 collective marksについての法務相談も行っております。

弁護士として独立する前に、Ms.バーンデル は、 米国特許商標庁でAnalystとして勤務しました。POSZ LAW GROUP に参加する前は、知財を専門とする Varndell & Varndell, PLLC の設立に加わり、マネイジング・パートナーを19 年間勤めていました。
