Kerry Culpepper, a partner with Posz Law Group, is experienced in writing patent applications for multinational corporations, patent prosecution, and rendering expert legal opinions.

Mr. Culpepper joined Posz Law Group in 2001 as an associate attorney. He took a sabbatical from August 2003 to January 2006, during which time he assumed the position of U.S. Patent Counsel with IPICS Corporation in Nagoya, Japan.

Before joining Posz Law Group, Mr. Culpepper worked as an independent patent agent as well as a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

His areas of patent expertise include semiconductor fabrication, automotive electronics, vehicle anti-lock brake systems, vehicle navigation systems, cellular phone technology, wireless communication systems, automotive body parts, automotive engine controls, electroluminescent lighting, hydrostatic drive controls, optics and satellite and antenna systems.

Mr. Culpepper is fluent in Japanese and highly conversant in Spanish.
