Trademarks: We offer a broad range of trademark-related services, including preparing, filing and prosecuting U.S. trademark and service mark applications, working with an international network of foreign associates to prepare, file and prosecute trademark applications in foreign countries, conducting trademark clearance searches, preparing trademark clearance opinions, completing oppositions, and counseling clients on issues related to common law, federal and international trademark issues.

Copyrights, Licensing and Trade Secrets: We offer other intellectual property-related services as well, including preparing and filing and copyright applications, preparing license agreements and providing counseling on licensing-related issues, providing counseling on trade secret-related issues, providing intellectual property counseling with regard to strategic product development.

U.S. Patent & Trademark Office Services: Our offices are located just minutes away from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Therefore, we are capable of providing our clients with the patent searching capabilities discussed above, conducting in-person conferences with patent examiners and trademark examining attorneys, and retrieving documents, such as patent file histories, stored at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
